My story - how it all started.

When she was only 16, my friend and cheer teammate, Phoebe Lester, was killed by a drunk driver in the summer of 2017. Phoebe's constant positivity and brightness made a huge impact on not only me, but my community. Her undeserved death inspired me to hold the Phoebe Lester Memorial Event for my Girl Scout Gold Award, in hopes of preventing future drunk driving accidents from happening.
